I opened my agency in 2021 and currently have one team member alongside me, with plans to continue growing. Before opening the agency, I built a strong career across multiple industries — I started in wholesale, spent 12 years as an agent then sales manager, and returned to agency ownership again over the last four years. That experience has shaped a leadership style that’s both people-focused and goal-driven.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Farkas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
