Accounting ClerkLocation: Onsite – Delaware, OHSalary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annuallyAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting general accounting and bookkeeping functions. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit customer invoicesReceive, code, and post paymentsPerform account, bank, and other reconciliationsMonitor customer accounts for non-payment or delaysVerify and process vendor invoicesSort, code, and enter AP dataAnalyze discrepancies and resolve unpaid invoicesMaintain accounting journals, ledgers, and financial recordsAssist with employee expense reportsSkills & QualificationsExperience with MS Office and QuickBooksKnowledge of GAAP and standard accounting proceduresStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
