Mental Health Group Facilitator

We are looking for a part‑time, 1099 contracted Mental Health Ancillary Provider who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation as well as mental health needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long‑term sobriety. The Ancillary Provider is an instructor responsible for designing their classes, teaching content, and checking in with client progress. You will build healthy, professional relationships with your clients and offer personalized modifications and instruction. Responsibilities Ability to teach holistic or therapeutic services for group sessions Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence Love of being creative, inspirational, and hard‑working Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for community, people, and Epiphany Wellness' values Passion for teaching holistic or therapeutic services in a professional business setting Ability to design and teach safe and effective holistic or therapeutic classes Qualifications MUST HAVE Clinical Licensure in MA - LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPC-MHSP to facilitate a clinical mental health or psycho‑ed group Designated Board Certification(s) in the area of service - Mental Health Preferred two‑three years experience as lead instructor; preferred mental health experience Schedule Thursday(s) 12:45 to 2:45pm EST Friday(s) 10:30am to 12pm EST Rate $60 to 100 per hour What we offer Competitive Salary Flexible Part‑Time Schedule A company culture of promotions from within, with a start‑up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development About Epiphany Wellness Epiphany Wellness is a state‑of‑the‑art alcohol & drug addiction rehab center located in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Tennessee.
