Designation : Sales Manager - IT Services & Technology Solutions Location: New Jersey / Virginia, USA Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 10+ years About the Role We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive enterprise business development, new client acquisition, and revenue growth across New Jersey and Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, enterprise technology solutions, and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and other senior decision-makers. Sell IT services, managed services, cloud solutions, infrastructure, application development, and technology consulting. Identify opportunities for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, and IT resilience solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and deal closure. Develop territory strategies, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with presales and technical teams to prepare proposals and customized solutions. Maintain CRM records, forecast revenue, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, enterprise technology sales, or technology consulting. Proven track record in new business development, enterprise client acquisition, and closing high-value deals. Strong experience in IT services, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology solutions. Excellent CXO-level relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience managing sales pipelines, regional territories, and revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and end-to-end sales cycle management. Good-to-Have Experience selling BCP, Disaster Recovery (DR), DRaaS, backup and recovery, or IT resilience solutions. Established relationships with US enterprise clients and technology decision-makers. Experience selling to BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or other enterprise sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
