Territory Account Manager | Richmond, VA
Our client is a leading provider of fueling equipment, infrastructure, and maintenance services for convenience stores, truck stops, commercial fleets, and industrial customers.
They're hiring a Territory Account Manager to drive new business and expand existing accounts across Richmond, VA , selling equipment, installation projects, and ongoing service contracts

Responsibilities
- Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, customer visits, and strategic territory development
- Grow existing customer relationships while identifying new equipment, installation, and service opportunities
- Sell technical solutions across industrial equipment, fueling infrastructure, maintenance, and related services
- Manage complex sales cycles, including needs assessments, proposals, quoting, negotiations, and closing
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Own territory strategy, pipeline development, customer relationships, and profitable revenue growth
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in outside sales or territory management
- Proven success hunting, prospecting, and generating new business
- Experience selling industrial equipment, capital equipment, construction equipment, machinery, technical solutions, or related services
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, competitive opportunities, and multiple decision-makers
- Strong technical aptitude, relationship-building skills, and ability to lead consultative sales conversations
Candidates must reside in Virginia and be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory.
