Accounting Supervisor

Our client is a real estate developer located in Bridgewater, NJ looking for an Accounting Supervisor with a Real Estate background. This position oversees all of the real estate accounting for multiple properties. Our client offers a great work/life balance, above market salaries and other incentives! The Job: Maintain general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers including making journal entries and adjustments. Prepare consolidated financial statements. Oversee all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and all Real Estate Accounting for multiple properties Maintains of the accrual books for all properties Process loan draws including preparation, tracking and check entry processing. Prepare monthly financial reports. Prepare special schedules and year-end adjustments in conjunction with year-end audit Assist in preparation of annual business plan for corporate and divisions. Qualifications: Prior Public Accounting experience with Real Estate clientele or Real Estate Industry Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Yardi Experience is a plus.
