Cybersecurity Analyst (R1-R4)

Responsibilities Identify, assess, develop, and implement solutions to reduce cybersecurity threats. Monitor cyber vulnerabilities and risks to ensure proper management. Track metrics related to cybersecurity mitigation efforts. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of threat mitigation strategies and ongoing risk reduction. Support project alignment across security, technology, and engineering teams. Assist with integration of cybersecurity protocols into technology lifecycles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related technical field. Minimum 1 year of experience with analyzing cybersecurity operations. Experience with security control technologies (firewalls, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), security information and event management (SIEM), data loss prevention (DLP)). Experience with security automation tools. Experience with vulnerability management processes. Experience with cloud security approaches and systems hardening and configuration. Part‑time telecommuting permitted. Job location: Indianapolis, IN. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $61,651.00 – $103,500.00 per year. Full‑time equivalent employees eligible for a company bonus (depending on company and individual performance).
