Responsibilities

• Strategic Right-Hand to Management: Serve as the primary technical accounting subject matter expert (SME) for a dedicated operational team across A/R, A/P, or Direct Billing.

• Process Improvement & Automation: Evaluate legacy manual processes, identify systemic bottlenecks, and design streamlined, automated workflows using modern analytical tools.

• Project Management: Own end-to-end operational workstreams from roadmap planning and root-cause analysis to milestone execution.

• Global Collaboration & Communication: Partner daily with operational accounting staff in the US and offshore teams, ensuring clear documentation, alignment, and seamless execution.

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Turn complex financial data into actionable insights through advanced Excel models, scenario analysis, and optional Power BI visualization.

• Mentorship: Act as a technical coach and guide for junior operational accountants within your group.
