Health Sales Representative | Qualified Inbound Leads

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Earning potential: $60,000 to $80,000 annually

Work Location: In person

No insurance license required to begin. A supported licensing track is available for team members who want to advance, including company assistance toward licensing costs and an incentive upon successful completion.

You will be educating clients regarding focused health solutions including Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Home Health Care, and Prescription Giveback Programs, supported by hands on coaching and sales technology designed to strengthen your production and earning potential.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Qualified Inbound Leads. No Cold Calling. Strong Earning Potential.

This role allows motivated sales professionals to spend more time speaking with qualified prospects about high value health related coverage solutions.

You will identify client needs, discuss available benefits, answer questions, build interest, and help qualified prospects take the next step with confidence. No self sourcing. No out of pocket lead costs.

Your sales ability is the foundation. We provide the leads, products, support, technology, and training to help you produce and grow your income.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle qualified inbound calls from consumers interested in health related coverage.
• Discuss Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Home Health Care, Prescription Giveback Programs, and other supplemental health solutions.
• Educate prospects on product benefits, identify needs, address questions and concerns, and confidently move conversations forward.
• Monitor your activity, production, rankings, and earnings in real time.
• Use coaching and call feedback to strengthen your approach and increase production.
• Maintain professional and compliant client interactions while representing ShieldStone with integrity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Motivated individuals interested in building a career in health related sales.
• Sales experience and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the business.
• Consistent, process driven, and able to stay focused through high call volume.
• Prior sales, call center, or insurance related experience is helpful, but not required.
• Opportunity to enter ShieldStone’s licensing track, with support toward licensing costs and an additional incentive for successful completion.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive hourly base plus performance based compensation.
• Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $80,000.
• Additional sales incentives may be available.
• Earnings vary based on production and hours worked.
