Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique challenges and formulate effective, individualized treatment strategies. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using diverse, evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional health, resilience, and personal growth. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to share experiences and learn from one another in a safe, respectful environment. Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously track their progress and well-being. Offer teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual consultations. Maintain precise, thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and professional standards. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay abreast of advancements in the field. Patient Population / Client Focus Your expertise will be vital in supporting a diverse client population, which may include individuals and families from various backgrounds. You will work with couples facing relationship challenges, children navigating emotional issues, and teenagers confronting the complexities of adolescence. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. A valid state-issued LMFT license is necessary to practice. A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience is essential for successful candidates. Demonstrated skill and experience working with a variety of client groups, including couples, families, and youth. Preferred Experience Experience working with culturally diverse populations is highly valued. Ability to create a therapeutic environment that is sensitive to the experiences of clients from different backgrounds. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
