Accounts Receivable Specialist POST NUMBER: 481214

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Phoenix that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its team. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and a pay range of $24.00-$26.00 per hour.

In This Role, You Will:

• Process cash receipts and apply payments accurately to customer accounts
• Perform account and bank reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Review banking activity and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Assist with customer billing and invoice processing as needed
• Support relationship-based B2B collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Partner with internal teams to investigate account issues and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, research transactions, and maintain account records

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 2 years of accounts receivable experience with a strong background in reconciliations and cash applications
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and the ability to research and analyze data
• Experience working with banking transactions, account reconciliations, and payment processing
• Experience with ERP systems
