Accounts Receivable Specialist POST NUMBER: 481198

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in Mesa to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This hybrid opportunity offers up to $26 per hour and is ideal for someone with strong billing, accounts receivable, and customer account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Partner with internal business managers to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update customer billing data through vendor portals and ERP systems
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account activity
• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial records while safeguarding confidential information
• Research and resolve billing issues, escalating concerns when necessary

Qualifications

• 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills
