Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist opportunity with our CRE property management client. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include: Receiving, organizing, coding and posting all invoices related to multiple assigned commercial properties. Research missing or overdue invoices. Facilitate a weekly check run for each assigned property (run invoice register, print checks, mail). Receive, organize, electronically deposit and post all rent checks or ACH transfers. Assist in annual 1099 preparation. Accounting related administrative support including scanning and organizing historical company records. Work cross functionally with various departments. Required qualifications for the position include: High School Diploma/GED. 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field. Required Skills: Yardi proficient MS Outlook and Office skills, (Word & Excel) Must type at least 30-40 wpm Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
