What You’ll Do: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents Represent personal injury clients in court, mediation, and arbitration Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties to build strong cases Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings TRIAL! Unlike many personal injury firms, we actually take cases to a jury and through to a verdict. What We’re Looking For: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable) Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy We are a high-volume practice with hundreds of active cases.
