Hybrid Sales Manager | Foodservice & Value-Added Protein Hybrid Sales Manager – Foodservice & Value‑Added Protein located in Sandusky, OH (relocation assistance provided for the right candidate). Responsibilities Drive regional sales growth and distribution expansion. Develop and execute strategic sales plans. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, brokers, and key Foodservice accounts. Identify and capture new business opportunities in the pork and value-added protein space. Increase market share through pricing, promotional, and product placement strategies. Leverage syndicated data and market insights to maximize sales performance. Partner cross‑functionally to achieve business objectives. Qualifications 5+ years of Foodservice sales experience with branded value‑added products. Experience managing distributor and regional key account relationships. 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of influencing results. Strong negotiation, presentation, and business planning skills. Knowledge of deli and value-added protein products preferred. Strategic thinker with a self‑starter mentality.
