Ensora Health is a leading provider of software and services for mental and behavioral health therapists, trusted by more than 200,000 individual providers and 28,000 practices. Account Executive You will own a defined territory or segment and drive full‑cycle sales for Fusion, our practice management and EHR platform built specifically for pediatric therapy providers. The role blends strategic outbound prospecting with disciplined pipeline management. Responsibilities Own and grow a defined territory by driving consistent outbound prospecting across calls, email, video, and social channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into a healthy, predictable pipeline. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that connect Fusion’s EHR and practice management capabilities to the real‑world needs of pediatric therapy practices. Navigate complex healthcare buying cycles, including multiple stakeholders and compliance considerations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms while balancing customer value and company objectives. Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce. Use AI‑powered tools (CRM insights, conversation intelligence, sales enablement platforms) to personalize outreach, improve deal execution, and increase productivity. Represent Ensora Health and Fusion at industry conferences, webinars, and events focused on pediatric and behavioral health. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success to drive long‑term customer value. Qualifications 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software. Proven success carrying a quota and closing net‑new business. Strong outbound prospecting and self‑sourced pipeline generation skills. Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts. Nice to have: experience selling healthcare technology, EHRs, or practice management solutions; familiarity with pediatric therapy, behavioral health, or broader healthcare workflows; comfort using AI‑driven sales tools.
