Duties Include:

• Follow directions to ensure food production meets quality standards.
• Adhere to all Pastry, Culinary, and sanitation policies.
• Learn new pastry techniques and equipment use.
• Participate in taste panels as directed by the Chef.
• Keep the pastry area well stocked and prepared for both prep and production needs for the Market and main restaurant.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 5:30 AM to 1:30pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $22 / hour

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, along with strong pastry skills, accurate product measurements, and the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, work well under pressure, and possess strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills. Good communication-both written and verbal-is essential, and the role may require lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds.
