In the role of Parts Team Manager, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing all facets of the Parts Section. We firmly believe that connecting with nature is an essential aspect of a well-rounded life. It is this belief that motivates us to assist our fellow residents of Metro Detroit in experiencing the RV lifestyle. The Parts Manager aims to efficiently return customers’ units to them without disrupting their camping season.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Profit/Loss for the Parts Department
• Manage client profiles to ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Manage appropriate parts inventory levels.
• Proactively place orders for necessary parts.
• Thoroughly document all parts on work orders for accurate billing.
• Regularly update bin checks/cycle counts and computerized inventory.
• Provide updates on delays and progress to both internal and external customers.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and texts.
• Track lost sales and back-orders.
• Retrieve, document, and process warranty parts efficiently.
• Organize the department for convenient identification and access of parts.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional Leadership Abilities
• Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience at an RV dealership.
• Passion for camping and outdoor activities.
