Senior HR Generalist

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, and advise on performance management while working remotely in California with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities Serve as an HR resource for employee relations concerns and facilitate conflict-resolution discussions Advise managers on performance issues and support them with documentation and policy application Provide advanced support for complex leave and workplace accommodation matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity Strong working knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency with HRIS platforms and ATS systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment
