Schedule This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by: Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers Clinical/ Medical Assistant Responsibilities Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines Performing point -of-car testing Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols What you bring Accredited MA training or equivalent experience MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification) 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment Why you’ll Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
