Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities to help families and business owners protect what matters most to them.
Guide prospective clients through the insurance buying process, ensuring they feel confident in their coverage choices.
Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure current needs are being met.
Maintain accurate client records and handle policy changes with precision and care.
Participate in local community events to build awareness and establish personal connections.
Collaborate with the agency owner to refine our sales processes and outreach strategies.
Requirements
Active Property Casualty and Life Accident insurance licenses for the state of California.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through consistent outreach.
Clear, empathetic communication skills when discussing sensitive financial planning topics.
Attention to detail when preparing quotes and managing client documentation.
Comfort working in a physical office setting in Oakland, Monday through Friday.
Experience with agency management systems or similar CRM software.
