Position: Pest Control Technician Full‑time. Sign On Bonus: $1,500 depending on experience Home Office: South King, Pierce and Thurston County, WA Pay: $27-30/hour depending on experience + Production + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest‑related issues. Develop and implement effective pest‑management strategies tailored to each situation. Apply safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention measures and post‑treatment guidelines. Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments, and any recommendations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies. Service established routes in the Puget Sound. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail. Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
