Position Title: Aesthetics Territory ManagerJob Type: Full TimeDepartment: SalesTravel: Up to 10%Business Unit: Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma, a Division of Tiger AestheticsLocation: RemoteReports To: SVP of SalesExempt/Non-Exempt: ExemptPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.PurposeThe Aesthetics Territory Manager is responsible for presenting Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending strategies to promote and sell our portfolio. This role is central to growing and developing the business under the direction of the SVP of Sales. As an Aesthetics Territory Manager, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma product portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role requires a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients.ResponsibilitiesExecute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goalsAct as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territoryIdentify local business opportunities and challengesReport on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)Present our products and services to prospective customersIdentify customer needs and recommend product solutionsWork closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotasAnswer customer questions about features, pricing and additional servicesCross-sell products, when appropriateCollaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approachBuild and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needsUnderstand industry-specific trends and landscapesKeep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mixPositively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related resultsMaintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating proceduresMaintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetingsEnsure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframesFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessaryPerform other duties as assignedSkillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizationExcellent written and verbal communicationHighest level of ethics and integrityAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeSales planningBuilding relationshipsDriven and self-motivatedProfitability managementQualifications/RequirementsAt least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field requiredBachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferredClearance of favorable background investigation requiredThis is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in the territory assigned.
