Associate Account Executive - Kansas City, MO - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is hiring an Associate Account Executive in Kansas City to expand sales of surgical products and solutions. The role involves learning surgical technologies, conducting sales activities in operating rooms, and supporting the regional sales team with potential advancement to Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Expand Ethicon surgical product sales and convert competitive accounts per company policy
- Demonstrate proper preparation and use of surgical products in operating room settings
- Conduct sales presentations and manage customer questions using established sales methodologies
- Provide case coverage and assist surgeons with product selection and procedures
- Comply with business conduct policies and clinical knowledge standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years business experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed
- Life sciences, medicine, or business background preferred
- Operating room experience preferred
