Job Details

Own melt shop operations for precious metal alloys, composition accuracy, casting output and team performance.

What you'll do

Manage daily melt shop operations, furnace scheduling and casting output
Own alloy composition accuracy across the product line
Supervise and develop melt shop operators, build bench strength on the team
Enforce safety protocols specific to precious metal handling and high heat operations
Track yield and material loss closely, small percentage differences matter in this category

What we're looking for

Several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience, precious metal alloy background strongly preferred
Working knowledge of furnace operations and precise composition control
Proven ability to lead and develop an hourly team
High attention to detail on material loss tracking
