Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals and couples, establishing treatment plans that address their specific needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions while also conducting individual therapy to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Addressing a range of complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of clients, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems therapy.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute challenges.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, serving both adult and child/adolescent clients. Your expertise in Marriage and Family Therapy will be essential in addressing challenges that affect relationships and family dynamics, including but not limited to adjustment to separation, blended families, and communication barriers. Your role will involve empowering families to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives by improving their interpersonal relationships and emotional functioning.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be beneficial:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
