Transform the everyday with us We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll make an impact by: Primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, Inventory management, Delivery to Manufacturing, and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members. Team’s accurate and efficient receipt, storing, fulfillment and kitting, and delivering material to the assembly lines. Handling team schedules and daily assignments. Warehouse cycle counting, inventory discrepancy, root cause and resolution. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply‑chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered. Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in organization. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Project management with proven delivery of improvement project in a manufacturing environment.
