Logistics Supervisor

Job Overview Siemens is looking for a Logistics Supervisor based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities Receiving, storage, inventory management, delivery to manufacturing and shipping; working closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and planning to support production while leading a team of 10‑20 members. Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, fulfillment and kitting, and delivery of material to the assembly lines. Handle team schedules and daily assignments. Conduct warehouse cycle counting and resolve inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and implement solutions. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain management strongly desired; combinations of education and related work experience considered. Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience with proven delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause, or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM accreditation). Benefits Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. Actual wage offered may vary depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
