OnTrack Staffing s seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our clients corrugated manufacturing team. Employees will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment producing, stacking, moving, and preparing corrugated cardboard products for shipment. Forklift Drivers will safely transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility while supporting production operations.

Essential Job Duties

Warehouse Production

• Stack, bundle, and inspect corrugated cardboard products.
• Feed materials into production machinery.
• Remove finished products from machines and prepare for shipping.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Forklift Driver

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Supply production lines with raw materials.
• Move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Complete daily forklift inspections.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required for Forklift Driver positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attendance and reliability are required.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment

• Corrugated manufacturing facility.
• Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, dust, heat, and warehouse noise.
• Steel-toe shoes and appropriate PPE required.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, and reach.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
