Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations and ongoing functional assessments for PT goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mobility, strength, and pain
- Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions (therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, modalities)
- Monitor progress, adjust plan of care, and contribute to discharge planning and patient education
- Document sessions and outcomes in the Epic EMR; maintain clear, compliant records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate inpatient therapy needs and patient safety

Requirements
- Ability to travel for an 8-week assignment
- Comfort working in a hospital setting and managing a diverse patient population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with other clinicians
- Familiarity with Epic EMR or willingness to learn
- Current work authorization in the United States
