Field Service Representative (FSR)

Overview The Field Service Representative (FS) helps people move and live better every day by ensuring they have the orthopedic durable medical equipment (DME) products prescribed by their physician. Looking for Someone Who is: Team-minded - Works closely with the local sales team, clinical providers, and corporate counterparts to achieve desired outcomes. Attentive to detail - Ensures all necessary information is accurately provided for successful DME billing through insurance. Adaptable - Able to adjust in the ever-evolving healthcare field to provide patients with the best possible products. Energetic - Handles a fast-paced environment that includes fitting patients, processing paperwork, managing returns, and monitoring inventory. Eager to learn - Develops into a subject matter expert over time. Technologically savvy - Navigates EMR systems, Microsoft Outlook, and insurance websites to complete claims efficiently. Skills and Competencies (Preferred, Not required): Bachelor's degree - Completion of an Orthopedic Technology, Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapy program and be certified by the governing board of that field or equivalent orthopedic experience required. Board for Orthotics/Prosthetics certification (BOC) a plus. OR 2+ years experience in a hospital, clinic, or office, or as an independent contractor working directly in the care of the orthopedic patient or related experience.
