Business Development Representative - Healthcare & Senior Care Home Matters Caregiving | Full-Time | Hybrid Salary: $60,000 Base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses ($60,000-$150,000+ Potential) Home Matters Caregiving is a locally owned, premium private-pay home care agency serving Central Orange County. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with an established healthcare network who can build referral relationships and grow our presence in the community. If you have experience developing referrals in home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, or another senior healthcare setting, we'd love to meet you. Why Join Home Matters? Represent Home Matters at networking events and community outreach opportunities. Generate new referral partnerships and grow your territory. Track outreach activities using our CRM. Support families during the intake process to ensure a smooth transition into care. Qualifications 2+ years of business development or outside sales experience in healthcare or senior services Existing professional network within Central Orange County Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Private Duty Home Care Home Health Hospice Assisted Living or Memory Care Skilled Nursing Facilities Senior Placement Services Geriatric Care Management Proven ability to build long-term referral relationships Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation $60,000 annual base salary Uncapped performance bonuses Client start bonuses Quarterly territory growth bonuses Paid time off What Success Looks Like Become a trusted referral partner within Central Orange County's healthcare community.
