Payroll Operations Manager

Leading the day-to-day payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization, the full-time Payroll Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to payroll teams, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with various departments and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll operations, including overseeing payroll run books and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices Develop team members through performance feedback, coaching, and training to enhance operational effectiveness and drive performance improvement Analyze payroll data and trends, addressing employee inquiries and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex payroll-related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports At least one (1) year of experience managing operational or project budgets Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage complex payroll operations
