Payroll Operations Manager

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Payroll Operations Manager will lead end-to-end payroll operations for the firm and its clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while managing payroll platforms and supporting multi-state compliance. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle U.S. and international payroll processing across multiple clients Serve as the internal payroll subject matter expert, collaborating with HR and Accounting/Finance teams Manage payroll compliance, tax filings, and year-end reporting, including W-2s and 1099s Required qualifications 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and compliance requirements Experience with payroll systems such as Gusto, Justworks, or similar Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivots Proven experience with payroll reconciliations and audit support #J-18808-Ljbffr
