Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator supports theValenciaHRManagerby managing and streamlininga variety ofadministrative and operational tasks. This positionwill support theexecution of Human Resources processes such as onboarding, employee records management,direct labor recruitment,andothertasksas needed.

The Human Resources Coordinatorwill also bea liaison between employees andleadership,facilitatingclear communication and fostering a positive workplace environment.Ultimately, thisrole supports theHR Business Partnerin delivering exceptional service to employees.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the HRManager and Site Leadershipincludinghandling employees and leadership team inquiries, entering and processing data,preparing reports,etc.

• Assistwith onboarding new employeesand contingent workersby preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company

• Maintain and update employee records inWorkdaywith accuracy and confidentiality

• Supportssite activities andHR initiativesas needed

Position Requirements

• Associatedegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orequivalent experience

• 2-3yrsofexperience in anadministrative or coordination role.Previousexperience supportinghuman resourcespreferred

• Proficiencyusing Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS system experience preferred

• Excellent organizational,communication skillsand customer service experience

• Ability to manage confidential information

• Understanding Human Resources practices, labor laws, and employee relations, preferred.

Min. $52,400 - Max. $77,800
