SNI Legal partnering with a growing defense litigation platform seeking Senior Associate Attorney to join its Downstate NY high level practice group. This is a high-ownership litigation role for a seasoned defense attorney ready to step into increased autonomy, client responsibility, and potential partnership track within a sophisticated carrier-facing environment. This comes with unlimited PTO, hybrid schedule with flexibility and a moldable compensation plan for right person. The firm operates on a modern, tech-enabled legal model and is experiencing steady expansion across the nation. 10+ years of litigation experience required (defense-side strongly preferred) Strong background in insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, trucking, labor law, or product liability Active NY Bar required (additional NJ/CT/PA admissions a plus) Trial experience strongly preferred and may significantly enhance compensation positioning
