Site Administrator

Site Administrator Kent is looking for a Site Administrator to support a construction project based in Bay City, TX. This position will be onsite and support all admin and site documentation. The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day activities for project employees across all disciplines, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Responsibilities Prepare daily reports presented to internal and external customers. Monitor working hours and attendance of each employee. Assist management and departments as necessary. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as directed by supervisor or management within reasonable scope. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration and/or relevant administrative duties experience. Minimum 5 years experience working as a Project Site Administrator. Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite – Excel. Communication Skills Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication. Core Competencies Strong organization, time management, and problem‑solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
