Senior IT Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting a variety of IT initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Support Specialist will address technology-related issues for employees, maintain computer systems and peripherals, and provide user account administration while working onsite at Ambry Headquarters. Key responsibilities Address and mitigate technology-related issues, providing desktop support to employees Maintain and manage computer systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals, including inventory tracking Administer user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding, and support executives with IT-related issues Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years in an IT-related field and/or relevant customer service role Experience installing and troubleshooting software, including MS Office and SaaS products Familiarity with SaaS ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow Proficiency in supporting both Mac OS-X and Microsoft Windows environments Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundations or CompTIA A+, and a BS in Computer Science or related field
