Why Join Us Strong company culture Competitive compensation package – base + bonus Comprehensive employer‑paid benefits package Professional development and growth opportunities Responsibilities Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across the assigned shift Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards Conduct pre‑shift safety inspections of work areas Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to the Operations Manager Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditionsMaintain accurate digital and paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 2+ years supervisory experience preferred 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel)Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Ability to work in a cold/wet environment; lift 30–90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
