Marketing Project Manager

Role Description

Cornbread Hemp is seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to keep our marketing organization running at a world-class level. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and driving execution across nearly every major marketing initiative—from product launches and retail campaigns to creative production, website updates, experiential events, and national festival activations.

• Build the processes that keep projects on track while ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are respected.
• Work across every function of the marketing team, partnering closely with Creative, Growth, Retention, Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Executive Leadership.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of project management or marketing operations experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience creating SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly.
