Adams Inc. is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team at Adams Power. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the Building Trades Industry.


Adams Inc. has been in the Building Trades industry for over 30-years. We offer a comprehensive range of comfort solutions, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, solar, and power backup. This position is full-time, working on-site at our location in Elkhorn, WI. We are proud to offer competitive pay in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on recent, relevant experience. Additionally, we offer a full benefits package the includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and discounts on the products and services we offer.

You main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Power Bi
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting
• Other financial analyst related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or relevant experience)
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Power Bi and other financial software (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
