Inside Sales & Lead Generation - B2B Customer ServiceLooking to put your cold calling and sales skills to work in a fast-growing company? Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is seeking a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative who can prospect and sell, in a B2B environment.Why Join CFS?We are an industry leader in industrial masking, sealing, and protection solutions.You will work with an expert team dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality.Proactive lead generation and sales pipeline management.Your Day-to-Day:Cold call and prospect new businesses to generate sales opportunities.Follow up with inbound leads and nurture potential clients.Help and maintain a sales pipeline to meet company growth targets.Assist customers with quotes and order processing while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Who We Are Looking For:Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales.3+ years in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service with a sales focus.Competitive drive with a hunter mentality for new business.Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.Be part of growth for a company that values innovation, customer service, and quality.
