Human Resources Specialist

Job Description Assist in advising and providing guidance in the administration of HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices. In partnership with HR Operations, support onboarding and offboarding activities. Partner with leaders and employees as needed, with special attention to sensitive situations (e.g., involuntary separation). Support HRBP team (6-7 HRBPs) in reporting and data collection, including compensation planning, talent calibration, and performance reviews. Maintain accurate client org charts, headcount, and staff augmentation reports, where applicable. Organize HR practices, stay updated on policy changes, and continuously improve processes. Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR partners and key stakeholders. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Ability to work with multiple HR teams across different business units and brands. Minimum Requirements Approximately 2 years of HR or related experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR systems, specifically: Workday SAP Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Open to learning new tools and technologies as systems continue to evolve.
