Team One, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an experienced HR Generalist in Los Angeles to guide HR policy, payroll and benefits, and employee relations. You’ll partner with the HR Director to design trainings, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in HR, strong communication, and familiarity with HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft). A bachelor’s degree or HR certification is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Publicis Groupe
