The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented paralegal ready to take ownership of real work across various areas of law, including business litigation, landlord/tenant matters (including landlord-side evictions), small business formation, and general corporate matters in California, Utah, and Illinois. You’ll work directly alongside our attorney — not just filing and scheduling, but contributing meaningfully to matters that move. Flexible hours and remote-friendly; results are what matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Litigation Support, including legal research and drafting for pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Transaction Support, including research and drafting corporate and business law agreements
• Trial prep – organizing exhibits, prepping witnesses, handling logistics
• Calendar and deadline management for active matters

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of paralegal or law office experience
• Familiarity with California civil litigation procedures
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with document management and legal research platforms
• Self-directed, reliable, and communicative
