Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across all grade levels as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This district-wide position is based near Torrington, CT and offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in Pre-K through 12th grade classrooms for an estimated nine-week short-term assignment.

You’ll collaborate with school teams, families, and students, applying evidence-based interventions to address diverse behavioral needs and promote positive student outcomes. The full-time schedule consists of approximately 7–7.5 hours per day, with final hours to be confirmed by the district.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Connecticut BCBA license is required
• Prefer prior experience in school-based settings
• Comfort and experience working with students Pre-K through 12th grade
• Experience supporting diverse disability populations
• Reliable transportation is essential, as you’ll serve multiple campuses across the district
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and ability to manage a district-wide caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop targeted behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress
• Deliver staff training and professional development as needed
• Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Adapt strategies to meet a range of educational and behavioral challenges
