Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rancho Dominguez, CA. Key Responsibilities - Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

• Respond to resident inquiries, emails, and office communications with accuracy and professionalism.
• Audit, organize, and maintain resident files to support compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Manage property documents, park records, administrative files, and confidential information.
• Assist with daily office operations, including data entry, filing, follow-up, and general administrative support.
• Support the property management team with resident communications, documentation, and office coordination.

Compensation and Benefits - $20 to $22 per hour DOE - Temp-to-hire opportunity.
