Facilities Coordinator

Location: Long Island City, NY (Fully Onsite) We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support a fast-paced operations team. This role serves as the central point of contact for employees, supervisors, and clients, managing high-volume calls, staffing requests, scheduling, and operational support. Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails Coordinate daily staffing assignments and schedule coverage Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors Track attendance, employee schedules, and staffing needs Resolve timekeeping and payroll-related issues Maintain accurate records and operational reports Support onboarding and employee administration Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, reception, or operations environment Experience in a large company with call volume over 200 calls/day Leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities This is an excellent opportunity for someone with call center or customer service leadership experience who enjoys working in a high-energy environment and keeping operations running smoothly.
