This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle a variety of personal injury cases and provide exceptional legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, be proficient in managing cases from inception to conclusion, and be able to negotiate settlements effectively.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury cases.Ensure legal compliance in all activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law.Utilize critical thinking skills to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, both verbally and in writing.Handle a variety of personal injury cases including pre-litigation, negotiation of settlements, and trial.Conduct depositions of parties and witnesses to gather relevant information for case preparation.Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring all cases are progressing as planned and deadlines are met.Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling manner.Participate in mediation sessions, working towards amicable resolutions where possible.Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.Solve problems effectively, identifying and overcoming potential obstacles in case progression.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcome in each case.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.Proven experience in legal research, providing legal advice, ensuring legal compliance, and utilizing critical thinking in legal work.Proficient in handling personal injury cases, including pre-litigation, negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, and managing cases.Solid trial experience, with a track record of successful outcomes.Experience in mediation, with demonstrated negotiation skills.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot potential issues and resolve them effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
