Summer Adventure Rental Assistant

Full-time, Temporary
Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays and the flexibility to stay past 5pm during busy rental times. What You'll Do
- Help customers start their adventures
Greet customers, assist with rental bookings, and walk them through their RV so they feel confident and ready for the road. - Keep rentals running smoothly
Schedule rental departures and returns, enter rental contracts, and coordinate minor maintenance needs. - Be the go-to helper for customers
Answer calls, help troubleshoot basic questions, and assist customers if they experience issues during their trip. - Support the rental team
Work closely with the Rental Manager and team members to ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
